Low-dispersion injection valve for high separation efficiency
The micro21AS-01 employs an injection valve optimized for micro HPLC to reduce the dispersion of sample components during injection which causes peak broadening.
Minimized gradient delay at the time injection mode
At the time injection mode, after a sample is injected to a column, the injection valve can be switched to the Load position to isolate the sample loop from the flow line and eluent flows without passing through the loop. This minimizes the internal volume of the autosampler resulting in shortening the gradient delay.
Wide variety of sample vials
The micro21AS-01 accepts a variety of different vials including standard 2.0mL, micro volume 300 or 200μL, and large volume 4mL vials. Two 96 or 384-well microplates for continuous measurement of 192 or 768 specimens are also available.
