Preparation station to inoculate TEMPO® cards with your food samples andculture media

• TEMPO® culture media allow rapid bacterial growth and contain afluorescent indicator
• The TEMPO®  card is a miniaturization of the Most Probable Number method that comprises 16*3 tubes in a single consumable
• Reading station to evaluate the number of CFU/g in the initial product
• Based on the number and size of the positive wells (fluorescent or non-fluorescent), the TEMPO® instrument uses statistical methods to calculate the number of microorganisms present in the initial sample
