Here, we offer an introductory course on pH and water quality. We explain—as simply as possible—what pH, conductivity and ions are, and their relevance to our everyday lives, allowing people who are not familiar with these concepts to understand them easily.

Our “water quality made easy” series mainly contains explanations on familiar topics. In our basic course on pH and water quality measurement, we explain about practical measurement matters, including the meanings of the necessary technical terms. Please make use of this knowledge in your everyday work.

In the application course on pH and water quality measurement, we mainly discuss—based on the fundamental knowledge provided in the basic course—practical sample measurement procedures. We explain about particular types of samples and samples that require special precautions when performing measurement.
