DigiPREP Block Digestion Systems are uniform heating block systems manufactured with acid resistant materials for long life in corrosive laboratory environments. DigiPREP Systems are designed to accept ASTM Class ‘A’ calibrated, disposable DigiTUBE digestion tubes (available in 15 ml, 50 ml or 100 ml sizes) which are manufactured from ICP-MS grade plastic. Multiple controller options offer flexibility allowing a user to design an appropriate DigiPREP system for a specific need. Unique options such as DigiPROBE (a temperature probe which allows the user to monitor and control the system using actual sample temperature during a digestion) and DigiSET (automatic shutoff at a predetermined volume for unattended evaporations) offer the user further control of their process.
