Observation data of the renal glomerulus sections.
The specimen was PAM-stained for light microscope observation, not prepared for any electron microscope observation.

It was directly observed with the specimen on a slide glass. Thanks to PAM-stained contrast, basal membrane observation enables us to check shape change of the lesion.
