On August 26, 2026, AMETEK Vietnam Techday 2026 was held at Hotel Nikko Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together experts from Brookfield, Vision Research, and Powervar, who provided in-depth insights into measurement and testing solutions, as well as technologies designed to improve the performance and reliability of laboratory equipment.

Opening the program, Ms. Arunee Chaitian – Regional Sales Manager at Brookfield presented the topic “Enhancing Materials Characterization and Product Testing Innovation.” Her presentation focused on solutions for improving material characterization and advancing product testing, enabling businesses to evaluate sample properties more accurately during research, product development, and quality control.
The program continued with a presentation by Mr. Derek Ker – Technical Sales Manager for Southeast Asia at Vision Research, who introduced high-speed imaging technology for measurement, testing, and research applications. This technology enables users to capture, observe, and analyze extremely fast events that conventional camera systems may not be able to record in sufficient detail.
Representing Powervar, Mr. Joseph Wu – Sales Director shared insights into clean power solutions for laboratory testing and analytical instruments. Controlling power quality helps minimize the impact of electrical noise, voltage drops, and power disturbances, thereby protecting sensitive equipment, maintaining operational stability, and improving the reliability of analytical results.
