In order to respond to the most challenging requirements in terms of surfaces flatness and repeatability of the process, LAM PLAN came up with a new range of machines called the 9000 series, from which the M.M.9700S is the first.
This machine is equipped with a lapping plate Ø 700 mm. It
integrates a brand new touch screen interface, intuitive, allowing to take very easily the equipment in hand.
Our AUTOPLAN system, serving to manage the flatness of the lapping plate, is completely enslaved to the machine and controlled via the control panel.
From a mechanic point of view, a high dimension ball bearing system has been inserted below the machine’s support plate which guarantees the stability of the plate even submitted to heavy loads. This new conception also permits to decrease the solicitation of the geared motor assuring a high durability of the equipment.
This machine is therefore designed for all workshops with important quantities of parts to be treated.
