Stainless steel Lapping and Polishing Machines
M.M. 8100 version E, S & EC series have been specially conceived to respond to all production applications.
The control process is made on the touch screen, guaranteeing good ergonomics and an easy usage. This range of machines is also offering the possibility to save programs, and a great repeatability of the lapping/polishing process in your workshop.
Finally, every electric, mechanical and pneumatic component used for this range of machines come from notable brands (such as Schneider electric, Lenze…) assuring a great equipment longevity and facilitating the maintenance operations (easy spare part supply).
The S version machines are endowed with a pressure application system actuator whereas the E version is equipped with load weights.
This machine has been specifically developed to respond to companies with high expectancy to realise lapping operation on heavy sealing parts.
LAM PLAN recommends a precise load to apply on the part to be treated during the lapping process. In the case of heavy components, it is important to use a type EC machine equipped with an arm capable of lightening the parts to be lapped.
