Solid-state, Q-switched laser featuring superior optical performance at 532 nm and the choice of 7W, 8W or 14W of output power. Applications include thin-film patterning (e.g., flat panel display and solar cells), trimming, cutting, dicing, drilling of semiconductor materials, and marking.

MATRIX 1064

Solid-state, Q-switched laser featuring superior optical performance at 1064 nm and the choice of 7W or 10W of output power. MATRIX 1064 laser enable applications such as marking, engraving, scribing and thin film patterning.
