The SFE/SFC has emerged as a new separation and preparation method, it is particularly useful in the area of environmental analysis where it is able to replace normal phase chromatography in many instances. JASCO offers SFE and SFC system based upon LC-2000 Series of HPLC instrumentation.
The JASCO SFE/SFC system consists of four main modules; fiuld delivery, extraction/chromatography, monitoring and fraction collection as the schemetic flow diagram.
A range of detectors, modified by the addition of high pressure flow cells, are available to monitor system eluent.
