This system has high pumping volume accuracy and can dilute a collected solution by introducing a dilution solution from an external source. It also supports an 8-position automated filter changer.

Flow System

This system uses an 8-position syringe pump to pump an 8-position flow cell, and then uses a UV-VIS spectrophotometer to perform absorbance measurement. The testing solution is circulated between vessels and the 8-position flow cell. It can also introduce a standard solution or solvent for washing from an external source.

Fraction System

This system uses an 8-position syringe pump to collect testing solution. It can also replenish testing solution from a specific vessel, introduce solvent for washing from an external source, and dilute tesing solution that was collected. And by adding an automated filter changer to the system, it becomes possible to collect testing solution that has been filtered by a membrane filter.

Fraction Flow System

This system adds a UV-VIS spectrophotometer to Fraction System. After collecting the testing solution, this system uses the auto-sampler function of the fraction collector to measure a portion of the testing solution with the UV-VIS spectrophotometer. And by adding automated filter changer to the system, it becomes possible to collect and perform absorbance measurement on test solution that has been filtered by a membrane filter.
